The problem with elimination diets that cut so many calories that you are left hungry at the end of the day is that you are eventually going to give in to that hunger and eat whatever is in front of your face, and that may be quite a lot. It’s better to nourish yourself with healthy foods, like plenty of vegetables and fruits.
